Membership Agreement

By registering as a member of the National Livestock and Butchers Cooperative Society Limited, I hereby agree to the following terms in accordance with the cooperative’s bylaws:

1. Compliance with Bylaws

I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and decisions made by the cooperative in accordance with its bylaws and policies.

 

2. Payment Obligations

I commit to:

  • Paying the registration fee and annual subscription

  • Making monthly contributions as required

  • Settling any approved loan repayments on schedule

 

3. Accurate Information

I confirm that all information provided during registration is true and accurate. Providing false information may lead to suspension or termination of membership.

4. Use of Membership ID

I understand that my Membership ID is unique and non-transferable and must not be used by another person.

5. Participation & Conduct

I agree to:

  • Conduct myself in a respectful and cooperative manner

  • Support the cooperative’s activities and objectives

  • Avoid actions that may harm the cooperative’s reputation

 

6. Financial Responsibility

I understand that:

  • Contributions and approved fees are non-refundable except as stated in the bylaws

  • Cooperative funds are managed for the benefit of all members

 

7. Termination of Membership

I acknowledge that membership may be suspended or terminated if I violate the cooperative’s bylaws or fail to meet my financial obligations.

 

8. Amendments

I agree that the cooperative may amend its bylaws and policies when necessary, and members will be duly informed.

 

Declaration

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of membership as stated above.
